Executing multiple SQL queries at once

I've always heard developers complain about executing many SQL statements at once when using a free version of software. I like the restriction. For every day queries and tests, one at a time is fine. I know what I am doing and can cause minimal damage. To save the previous runs, I comment out those lines. When the SQL tool errors out when I didn't comment out a line and trying to run another, it makes me happy that my error was caught and I could have messed something else up.

For more elaborate SQL, I have to break out to the shell and use the plain connection to execute files in batch.

Stop complaining and use something else if you don't like your tools. I like mine.
